Why not Dry Sail your yacht here in the BVI?
It can be done!

This all began a number of years ago at the Newport Boat Show. We had numerous owners and brokers come by the booth, complaining that they, or their clients, were not getting enough use of their yachts (maybe just 25 full days a season). This spawned the Dry Sail Program. Because the Marina and Boatyard are under the same management, we can offer this unique service.

Your yacht is kept in storage "on the hard" when not in use. It will then be launched, upon your direction, for your return to B.V.I. Now you are ready to go cruising! When you return from your journey, your yacht is hauled out according to previous arrangements.

It is that simple! If you wish, you can arrange for Personal Service to have your yacht prepared for your arrival and serviced if necessary when you depart.

To enhance this unique program, VGYH will provide a maximum of three Haul & Launches during the period from: Nov. 1 - June 1 of the following year. The cost of this service is $100 per time used. (This program does not include hauling the vessel for seasonal storage. That Haul & Launch will be at the rack rate.)

There are very significant advantages to this program:

• It is less expensive than keeping the yacht in a slip.
• There is no chance of damage due to ground sea surge during the winter months.
• There is no chance of damage due to other yachts maneuvering in the marina.
• You will always have a clean bottom when you return to your yacht. No need to haul and clean.

We at VGYH are very excited about the popularity of this program. It not only protects your yacht; it keeps the slips open to accommodate the many transient yachts that come visiting.
