Multi-hull, T Head & along side berthing is charged at 150% of regular rate.

• Daily - Less than seven consecutive nights
• Weekly - Seven or more consecutive nights to be paid weekly in advance
• Monthly - Thirty or more consecutive nights to be paid monthly in advance
• Seasonal - Three consecutive months or more to be paid monthly in advance
• Annual - Twelve consecutive months to be paid monthly in advance

• Vessels requiring more than one slip due to beam will be charged 150% the above-stated rates.
• T-Heads and along side will be charged at 150% of the above-stated rates based on the greater of the length-overall of the vessel or the length of the T-head.

• All reservations require a credit card deposit to guarantee slip availability.
• Daily, weekly, monthly dockage is non-refundable if reservation is not cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
• Seasonal dockage is non-refundable if reservation is not cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
